Jenny did a great job from the first time meeting her she offered great local commute and community insights. She was responsive and communicative in relaying messages between us and the Seller and offered good advice on negotiating points. The contract and closing went smoothly and quickly and she worked closely with our mortgage broker and underwriter to get everything done correctly and on time. Jenny is officially part of our family now. I told Jenny she's not getting rid of us now, she's adopted. We've been together what feels like forever. She has been our voice of reason, our encourager, our perseverance, our laughter through this whole experience. We have never had a boring or dull moment with her. My husband and I started looking for a house early last year. We started looking on Zillow here and there. We found a few houses we liked but we didn't have an agent. Zillow connected us with her. The first day we met her, we clicked. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Once she knew what we were looking for and our likes/dislikes, she was on it! Houses we thought we would like, she would tell us I don't think you are going to like it but we will still go see it. She was right! It took us almost a year to find the perfect house but she never stopped or gave up. I truly enjoyed this experience. From start to finish, Jenny and the team made everything was so smooth. Didn't pull my hair out or gain any gray hairs from stress. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house and she will be the first one I call if I need to sell or buy another house.
